Since most of our offerings are service-based (online classes, course enrollments, home tuition coordination, etc.), the term "shipping" refers to the delivery of access to services or learning materials.
Study Material: In case of any printed material (if applicable), delivery timelines may vary based on courier service availability and will be communicated accordingly.
Since we provide personalized educational services, exchanges are not applicable in most cases. However:
Change of Course/Subject/Tutor: A student may request a change of subject, course batch, or tutor only within the first 3 days of starting a new program. Such changes are subject to availability and management discretion.
We do not ship or sell any physical products like books or devices at this time. Hence, product returns or exchanges are not applicable.
