At Bright Mentors Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing quality education through a variety of learning modes, including online and offline tutoring. To maintain transparency and clarity, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All purchases made for our educational services are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for any course or tutoring service, Bright Mentors will not issue any partial or full refund under any circumstances. This applies to all services listed below.
Each of these programs is custom-designed with dedicated resources and time allocations, making refunds impractical once the service has begun.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, subject to tutor availability.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
For demo classes, rescheduling is possible once per student, based on tutor availability.
While we adhere strictly to our No Refund Policy, in extremely rare and genuine cases (such as technical failure or duplicate payment), the management may consider review on a case-by-case basis. However, such exceptions are not guaranteed.
